The one on my Wii works just fine, but the one in my upstairs bedroom isn't. It's soooo hot, and sweaty in there... and I can't even grasp my Wii.

sounds like you need your rubber sleeve so you can grip it tight I hear Nintendo's giving out free sleeves for Wiis. So much for being family friendly...
I will have no idea how to ckeck.. or know... Maybe no.. and taht is why some games are taking way to long to start once I go into the game channel... e.g. obscure and House of dead... (if anyone knows taht this is normal pls PM me or lat me know somehow... here or... I willl REALLY appreciated... is getting me worry :P )
