The Wii's Best FPS

Though there aren't many, what wii game do you think is the best First Person Shooter?

I personally think that Metroid is the best.

Resident Evil 4? And here I thought games would have to be in first-person perspective to be called first-person shooters..

It's probably Metroid, though I wouldn't really call it a "shooter".

RE4 isn't a FPS

You should take out RE4 and add Medal of Honor Heroes 2.Devil-Itachi

Yeah Medal Of Honor 2 is the best one out for me. It has an awsome online mode and a decent single player mode. 

Well RE 4 is not a FPS. Although it's the best game of the lot.

MP3 takes my vote. 

MP3 is not a shooter. Redsteel was an ok game. Medal of Honor sucks compared to COW-5, RE games are not FPS. But honestly, The new Bond game is better then it gets credit for. It is a B game. It does nothing special, but it does play well, and the controls works really well. Even though the Wii has the 2nd best controls for FPS, 1st being PC, it doesnt get the good shooters cause everyone care more about graphics then gameplay. Hopefully games like the Conduit and COD-5 can help change it.

Metroid Prime is First Person Adventure, not first person shooter

Resident Evil 4 is a shooter, but not in it a first person perspective.

Though I voted for Call of Duty:WaW due to the above reasons, Re4 and Mp3 are the two best games among those five.

Metroid Prime 3 isn't a FPS, its a FPA (First Person Adventure)

Resident Evil 4 isn't a FPS, it's a 3rd Person Action Adventure

Umbrella Chronicles isn't a FPS, it's anon-eails shooter.

If Metroid had more bad guys with better AI it would be much higher

Instead it's got a smattering of bad guys with some questionable AI, some terrific boss fights, and forces the player to get MAJOR OCD scanning everything.

If they fixed the bad guys and cut out the OCD it would be terrific.

Instead it's got a smattering of bad guys with some questionable AI, some terrific boss fights, and forces the player to get MAJOR OCD scanning everything.

If they fixed the bad guys and cut out the OCD it would be terrific.

Um...what?:| The game doesn't force you at all to get "MAJOR OCD" with scanning.At most,you have to scan a couple doors just to complete the game,and scanning every item in the game is optional,and not forced in the slightest.

What is OCD anyway?

It wasn't bad but for the number of guys that they threw at you I expected more.

OCD is obsessive compulsive disorder. You have to do something compulsively, sometimes it's washing your hands and sometimes it's counting how many tiles are on the ceiling. 

Metroid makes you think like that. Every single thing you have to painstakingly search out and check. Doesn't matter if it's important or not you have to log it.

That would be like going to a weapons plants and cataloging candy wrappers

Metroid Prime 3 is a First Person Shooter.

Its in first person, and samus shoots, end of story.

As far as first person shooters on the wii are concerned, they are unfortunately dead and most likely never going to show up. The reason why is that even though definitely has the best possible control scheme for aiming, it has last gen graphics. I know people say things like "it graohics not gameplay" but really a game cant be a generation behind in graphics and honestly be critically acclaimed. My advice to people who have only a wii is to never under any circumstances play COD4 or any other shooter in high definition on ps3 or xbox 360 because then you will never be able to go back to the wii's graphics. As long as you don't see games in hd then the wii's fpses are awesome. Unfortunately i have gone to the hd side and now i cant play wii anymore.

It has been called First Person adventure since Prime 1.

You can call it an adventure, but Metroid Prime 3 plays like an FPS.  It's more like an FPS with a little bit of exploring.
