Sonic adventure 3...but it should be side scroller (ala NiGHTS) the other two were too glitchy and the animations/cllision detection took away from the overall experience, IMO. also, they should have you stick with Sonic, and only Sonic. Everyother character should stay strictly in the story, but you don't play as them so that Sonic Team can stop trying to force them into the gameplay (except for shadow, only you unlock him if you beat the game). Also, i think they should change Dr. Eggman's name back to Robotnik. That name was cool, the name change made him sound lame. he was menacing in the genesis games, but became a real wuss afterwards.

Ummm wasn't Eggman Sonic's nickname for him. I never understood why he just accepted it and started to call himself that.

Like he said... he became a wuss.
If they just do away with story (they often suck) and they stay with side-scrolling then why not include Knuckles and Tails as playable characters and/or companions. The new characters all suck imo.
