I'm interested in Boom Blox but I have some questions.
Is it fun?
Is it addicting?
Is the single player good?
How is the stage builder?
Thanks.

Boom Blox is extremely fun, and has been getting a helluva lot of play time in my house.
Its addictiveness is what makes it so fun, especially in multiplayer. There is so much you can do, and outcomes are different all the time, so if you are anything like me, you will definitely be coming back for more.
The single player is... less good. Its still fun, but you wont want to be doing it on your own. If you have a friend (or friends) around you, all giving you advice and pointers, and all trying to attack it from different angles, then its a blast. This game isnt one for sitting on your own.
The stage builder is fantastic. There are some limitations to what you can do, but its intuitive, works well, and there is tonnes of stuff that you can create with a little bit of imagination.
Overall, get it if you have people you can play with. This is a multiplayer game through and through, but dont let that put you off; its an excellent title, and one of the Wii's best.

Yes. It's fun. Multiplayer is even better, so if you have friends that come over often, definitely pick this up.
I actually found myself playing for 3 hours, and didn't even notice that I was playing for that long. So that's a good sign that it's addictive, I'd say.
Yes. I've mostly played single player myself so far, and it's still fun.
In fact, the mode where you get to make your own...levels?...whatever you want to call them....I guess the create-a-mode type thing...well anyway, that part is really fun if you're into that kind of thing.
The story is pretty lame, though, so don't expect anything outstanding in that department.
I was thinking of getting this game too... But I think I wanna get No More Heroes and Okami first. Anyways, ya, I wanna know if single player is good enough to warrant a purchase... Cause I gots me no friends... :(

lolwut?
The stage builder is fairly easy to use. It was only hard for me to use at the beginning, until i figured out you can hold down A to make a straight line of blox. Plus, the copy tool is really helpful.
not to mention people who are creative, can make some damn good things with it.
The game is really addictive, not so much single player, more with multiplayer.
