How watered down was the console version compared to the arcade game?Jaysonguy
There was a Turtles game before the arcade game and it was hard as hell.

 You are right about that. Not the beat-em-up game, but the actual platformer. The game was not so forgiving when you lose your one of your turtles.

Oh I loved it as well, I was just terrible at it, I was only young of course. Seriously though, that water level was insane, you had to be slow and cautious, but at the same time you had to finish in the time limit. I never got past that level, and it haunts me at night to this day.

Meh, the water level wasn't really that hard. I was just playing it a bit ago on my Dreamcast. All you have to do it memorize where the bombs are and have some good reflexes for some of the tight electric seaweed areas.Please Log In to post.
