Hi.

I just bought online the DS game Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story, and it came in a red box (think New Super Mario Bros. Wii for the Wii). Is this normal? If you have the game, did it came in a black box like all DS games or it came with a red box?

The game is new, sealed and everything.

Any help would be appreciated.

It's fine. A few months ago, Nintendo decided it was better to put all Mario DS games in new red cases to further distract consumers from non-Nintendo games on store shelves, or to distract them from the fact that most of the 4 year old games have never dropped in price (and that there is no Nintendo Selects, Player's Choice line for DS) Its a more recent, newer copy. It's totally normal.

Like others have said, it's probably just a reskin.

Also TC enjoy the game. It's fun as hell, hilarious, and all around great.

Actually, as the first reply said, Nintendo did recently make the cases for Mario games on the DS come in red boxes. This is completely normal, don't worry.

Yes, the same with New Super Mario Bros DS, Mario Party DS, and Mario 64 DS; they all have a red case now.
