I was just wondering how effective the Wii fit program is. Does it make you visibly more flexible, does it help out at all, and if so what does it do good. I ask this cause I was thinking about purchasing it thought it might help with my problem of not being the most flexible person in the world. I play football and am I starting FB for the sr. team at my school I thought if this thing can help with stretching and toning I will have less pulled muscles in games and so on. So yeah any way this game thing helps you out please write about it. Cheer.

I do own the Wii Fit and I also played FB in hs football as well. Seeing major results from Wii Fit within 3 days of the release is not possible. As a FB you should be in the weight room, running, and eating right if you are looking for effective ways to improve your football skills. Im sure over time you will see results (3-4 weeks), but nobody should be using just Wii Fit as a way to lose weight, rather than a alternate way to game by not sitting on the couch.

I am do the school post season workouts in the weight room, just wondering if the thing helps with flexibility at all. I am fit my cardio is fine but i cant bend over to touch my toes. Figured this is a fun way to work on that. According to the reviews this thing can also help tone out muscles which is a good plus. Any other personal gains/loss's from this game thing?

the yoga exercises will help your flexibility, but one of the criticisms of Wii Fit is that there is no stretching game/mode. so you still need to stretch on your own before you start. but to answer your question, yes the yoga exercises will help you become more flexible.
