why wont your friend just breed them and give you both?but for wifi play i would go togekiss if you are a beginner(thunder wave + airslash + serene grace + kings rock=80% chance your opponentWONTmove).but if you can setup a sword dance on lucario,then he can and will sweep entire teams.

i suggest breeding your togekiss until you get one with serene grace...as for movesets go to www.smogon.com and then go to the strategy pokedex
