I have been pondering the idea of trading my DS Lite and its games towards a PS3 purchase. Should I carry out this idea and make it true. Advice please.
ok i have both ds lite and a ps3 i would say keep the ds and save up for a ps3 cause ur not gonna get enough from the ds for ps3 tell me everything u were planning to turn in and ill tell u what u roughly will get also they dont sell the 500$ ps3's any more so u have to get a 600$ one plus a game wich already comes out to 700$ .
Depends if you're enjoying your DS or not. If you're not using it much and you really don't enjoy it, then trade it in. If you use it and you like it, then don't trade it in.
Also ask yourself if you want to play future games on the DS, if so then you may want to keep it for the time being.

Not to mention there aren't tomany games worth buying right now for the PS3. I would just save and maybe by then there will be some more good games released for the PS3.
well they wont give you much money but i still urge you to get a PS3 even though i dont have oine yet but the Ps3 will be on top next year and will stay there. there arent many good games out yet but most of the good ones should be out by the end of this year. Just go on the PS3 section and look at all the games that are coming out. So i recommend u keep the ds and just save up for the PS3 cause its still got some time before the good games start to come.

or you could just wait 'til those games come out then buy a ps3 instead of buying it now when its to expensive
Yeah, I agree with the consensus here. Keep your DS! You are not going to get very much trade in value for it. Even if you aren't really playing it right now, and sell it, down the road you are going to wish you still had it. The PS3 is still in its infancy and is not going to be a must have for several months, at least in my opinion. If you do decide to sell it, don't trade it in, sell it yourself, you'll get much more.

but no i wouldent. If anything keep all your gaming you buy. If you trade it in you are really going to regret it man.
