Is it possible to transfer Wii Sports scores with Mii's to another Wii ? I know the obvious answer would be yes but i tested the theory and the Mii's come across but not with the scores. I've posted on a few Wii forums and no one seems to have an answer.

Here is what i do.

WII 1 : Copy Mii's to remote and Copy Wii Sports save game to SD Card

WII 2 : Move the Wii Sports save game to the Memory from SD Card and Move Mii's from remote to Mii Channel

Start Wii Sports and Mii's are there but the scores are all 0.

I'm sure i'm not doing anything wrong and i've tried it on more than one remote and more than one SD card. Even more than one WII!

Someone confirm its not possible please :) or tell me how :) thanks

I don't think it's possible. Even though we think of Miis being associated with Wii Sports, they're really not. I made this mistake the first time I played on someone else's Wii. I took my remote with my Mii expecting to have my pro status and everything, but of course no game data transferred. I'm not sure how the game organizes the saved information, but apparently it's in a way that's non-transferable.

It's really lame that the pro scores won't save with the Miis. Something for Nintendo to change with Wii Sports 2 possibly...

I'll Tell you straight out its not possible to share Wii sports score but you can switch score altough i would require 2 SD cards by copying the wii sports data from theWii to an SD card deletingthe data IN the wii Switch with the other SD card with another foreign Wii sports Data and copy that to theWii .... that way you can show your friends your wii sports points on thier wii.... then when your done just delete you data and copy back theirs like nothing ever happened

hope it helps.... at least somewhat

I did the same thing, where i put my wii sports save on a brand new wii, and transfered my Mii. It actually worked with my Mii, but not any of the other Miis I had created on the other Wii. I'm not sure why it worked with mine but not the rest, but it did. It does work with Wario and big brain academy though.

You can do it but it's tricky

Save the game info to the SD card, bring it to a friend's house and have him/her backup their save. Then copy over your save.

You can't have both people have their game saves at the same time though.

Jasonguy - we just had a quick go of doing what you said but we failed. Wondered if you could do a step by step guide as we want to move the mii's plus scores to the new wii indefinatley

This is what we did

1) Transfer Mii's to remote

2) Copy save game to SD Card 1

3) Booted up new MII

4) Transfered Mii's from remote to Mii channel

5) Backed up current save game to SD Card 2

6) Erased save game from memory (as we cant overwrite it)

7) Copied save game from SD Card 1 to memory

8) Started Wii Sports

Thanks for your time on this :)

Did you also move the Mii to the other console?

I guess it would be possible if you used an SD card.
