Info for the game: It's a surgery simulation game, though it's not supposed to be a "realistic" surgery simulation game but it's fun, and that's all that matters. Anyway, it's a great Wii game and it makes great use of the Wii controls, you should get Trauma Center: New Blood or just give it a rental.

My wife would throw the wii-mote at the tv if I gave her this game.

She gets easily frustrated and wants to break stuff. I mean sometimes I wake up to her cussing at SMG

I've been wanting to get this game since it was released. But with so many other Wii games that I have yet to complete it looks like I'm going to have to wait a bit before I buy this one. I love the first game so it's a no brainer that this one has to be in my collection sometime soon.

Yeah, I can't beat the first level that you have to skin graph. I always run out of time :( (easy difficulty BTW)

Try watching a video of someone else doing it. It's the lost in flames mission right? Where you have to help the burned patient?

Here is a video of someone doing it: http://youtube.com/watch?v=H6Ydykm07bM , do exactly as he does(playing on easy should help).

Here's the strategy for the operation anyway:

Assuming you're playing on easy, you don't have to worry about vitals too much. Don't bother with injecting vitals unless it goes down all the way to 10(yes, 10 shouldn't be too bad).

Play as Markus so you can use the healing touch that slows down time.

After you get into the patient, quickly use Healing Touch to get some extra time (You don't actually have to use the Healing Touch at all, but it helps)

Ok here's what you do, first use the orange liquid to make the skins cuttable.

Note - You can inject the orange liquid into "four" skins before it runs out, make sure you do this, this will save lots of time.

Ok, inject the orange liquid into 4-5 of the skins, and cut them all.

Then quickly drain all the blood, then quickly use the forceps and apply the skin to a burnt area.

Repeat this for all the burns and you should easily beat the mission, especially on easy difficulty.

After playing it for the DS, I want to at least rent it for the Wii.

I know buying it is out of the question with so many other games on my budget, but I MUST enjoy this game, if only for a rental or two.
