honestly TWEWY was a great game and deserving of a sequel but
just think it will suck cause twewy is specifically meant to be a one game
series
tiopuit
is there even a plot to follow to the second game?BrunoBRS
Well, the Shibuya UG is only one of the UGs across the world. And the Shibuya Composer only controls Shibuya. Maybe the next game and be in New York or something.

I never understood the love for this game.
This. Don't get the love either.

I played it a little and didn't like, and it look just weid
same i thought it was rly dumb
i couldn't agree more.. the music was annoying, perhaps to match the "noise" that was everywhere and the battles were not fun at all... too difficult for me and i had no control ... D: having a DDR aspect in fighting was a cool concept though!

you're cool.
but on topic, i think that a sequel would be super-sexy-awesome. like jacob. many plots are out in the open too. because they left lots of room for question in the first game, im pretty sure they could make a game all about a josh and mr h backstory. kinda like kingdom hearts where every game has you thinking WTF?!! and then they slowly solve the mystery as time goes on.
imo, i loved twewy, and i wanna see a sequel to whether on the ds or some new console.

Simply true. I read reviews saying it's an amazing game and all but never really got hooked into it. The concept art was great though. Maybe I just wasn't getting it :|?[QUOTE="painguy1"]

First of all- did any of you actually finish the game? Well, when I first read about TWETY in Nintendo Power (magazine) I thought it looked weird and I couldn't understand how people thought it was good. Then I played it. At first I wasn't impressed. But then I played more. And more. After I finished it, and watched the end credits, I realized it was one of my favorite games. It was creative, had a good story, unique artwork, and solid action gameplay. I even like the music now, even though i would never like it if I hadn't played it. Sorry about that, I probably sound like a fanboy now :/ But seriously go beat it.I thought the gameplay and overall mood and environment was incredibly refreshing when playing TWEWY. Great use of the touch screen and enough depth to keep the average and hardcore gamers alike busy for months. I tried to ignore the fanbase for it as I was playing it because it usually kills it for me (RIP Final Fantasy 7, Kingdom Hearts, etc.)
I would like a sequel very much, although I don't think it would work very well. It's fairly simple why: controlling Neku on the touch screen and your partner on the 3D screen is completely counter-productive on the 3DS and a joke when you think about it. They would have to start from the ground up when making a 3DS iteration, thus losing nearly the entire game, control scheme, and overall functionality that worked on the DS.
I would also like to point out how funny it is seeing everyone putting effort to tell how much they DIDN'T like the game. I think TWEWY is too mainstream or something bro.
