The hotspring water cools too fast, I just can't get it to the Goron once the eastern Castle Town bridge is fixed. Is there any trick, or am I just supposed to go faster than the games allow me to be? That's a sidequest by the way, if anyone had succeeded doing that, please unveil your secret method!

Walk along the edge of the area.  You won't be encountered by enemies that way.  Also, place down the barrel and shoot some of the bublkins with arrows, just the ewo near the bridge to rid them though.  But, the key is to walk along the edge.

It's faster to go through the field. Anyway I've tried both ways. I pick the hot water at Kakariko Village, at the roof of some of the buildings, I jump down, climb on Epona, run as hell exiting Kakariko by the north exit, then I just have to cross the field but the water already cooled. It cools like in 15 seconds or near that. It's beyond the rules of realtity.

And how exactly can I take it from him? I keep talking with people since many of them have hints about many things. Anyway if you're talking about the Goron Elder, he keeps talking about how they plan of building a shop in Castle Town and I can donate money inside Malo Mart.

Well for me as soon as the bridge was fixed, I just talked to him and he asked if I wanted to bring the spring water to the goron.

You can't transport the Hotspring water from the roof of the buildings (as far as I know its impossible). You must 0) Find an insect and go to Agatha in Castle town (gives you a bigger wallet) 1) repair the bridge by paying the kids in the Mountain town (by the way its pretty expensive), 2) Beat the fire temple, 3) talk to the masked Goron outside the kid's shop in the Mountain town, 4) The masked Goron will give you a Barrel of Hot spring water and you must navigate past a bunch of really annoying enemies, 5) throw the barrel at the Goron and he'll give you a piece of heart (and start a Hot Spring shop in town)

Maybe I hadn't an empty bottle with me or something like that, or I'm just wrong. Thanks for the info.

No, he doesn't put it in a bottle, he gives you a big barrel that you have to bring to the goron. Are you sure you have payed enough money for the bridge to be fixed? and that your talking to the goron outside of the malo mart?

Yeah, I made the same mistake as you. You're problem is that you CAN'T use a bottle to just grab the spring water and take it to the goron, you have to talk to the masked goron after you've done some stuff and he'll give you this gynormous barrel full of the stuff. Believe me, you'll know when you get it. Anyway, then you have to take that through the field and fight off monsters before it cools, it's not too hard. Follow gam3r3OOO's advice about getting the goron to give you the barrel, he knows what he's talking about.

I don't know what everyone is complaining about. I got it there on the first try. You just have to dodge enemies and keep running. Just go left and right around enemies and follow the minimap. Don't ever set the water down.

I didn't have a problem getting the springwater to the goron at the bridge, but south of castle town there is a row of boulders with a goron asking for hot springwater so he could break the rocks. i can get hot springwater in town but when i try to give it to him the water just pours onto the ground. anyone figure out how to give him water?

Guys, that game wasn't that hard. No offense, but you shouldn't need any help figuring out how to beat it.

I just filled the water in a bottle at the springs, teleported to the outside of the castle and walked to the guy... Didn't even know this quest could cause problems^^ Afterwards I was like aha this guy is selling spring water, that is like totally useless to me but I know what it's for:D I know you solved the quest, I just hadn't seen anybody post my solution, which seems like the easiest somehow.
