I am a huge fan of the Zelda series and have played through all of the console games except for twilight princess. I didnt buy it immediately because i am cheap and recently i decided to be even cheaper and borrow it from a friend. For some reason the game didnt work. It would have the whole twilight princess intro and then just say an error has occured. I know its not a problem with the game because i tried it on my friends wii and it worked fine. I am wondering if it is a problom with my wii because i also have had problems SSBB and the occasional error message with my GC games. So if anyone else had any probloms with Twilight princess or any other game please post.

Your best bet is to look here. It sounds like these are the issues you are having. Try some of the steps they have there.

Yeh I've heard of this problem. Nintendo should fix this for free, as I remember an issue with SSBB and the dual-layer disc issue.

I never contacted Nintendo about this I just purchased a Wii cleaning kit which is official, I wasn't too impressed with it because its a pretty crude disc cleaning kit (its a small paddle you put cleaning solution on and slide it up and down, proper primitive) and I expected an interactive menu like a normal dvd cleaner. It works though so you could try that.

Clean your laser lenses. It is a common error. Actually mine had this problem and I ended up thinking it was the disc and until I noted the same errors with SSBB I found out the problem was in the laser Regards

Why are you making multiple threads about the same problem? You already made a thread about Smash Bros, why not just list any other games in that thread?

Just call Nintendo and they'll help you.
