I'm bored, so I want to set up an unnoficial tournament for Platinum Version. Of course there are rules, as with any tournament. Rule number one: No AR, Homebrew, or any form of hacking or cheating, including extorting game mechanics such as the gold's "infinite masterball cheat". Rule number two: Each Division has it's own ruleset, follow those rules. Rule number three: No more than one pokemon from each evolutionary set allowed. (Phione is the exception to this rule) Free division- bring any pokemon not referred to on the 'restricted' list, at any level. Remember, if anyone comes it could be the best of the best, so avoid bringing low-level pokemon with you. This division is all about how you've raised your pokemon. 100s Division- bring any pokemon not referred to on the 'restricted' list, and battle with it's true potential, as it's boosted from any level to level 100 instantly. This division is all about movesets and type combination. Legendary division- This division is (and will probably always be) my favorite. The restricted list does not, IN ANY WAY, apply to this division. This division is nothing but an all out brawl, a pure slugfest between the ultimate pokemon in the world. However there is a special list for this division, the BANNED list. These are pokemon not currently available without cheating, which is... cheating. The list doesn't need to be posted, because if you cheat you already know you're cheating. As the tournament manager, I cannot compete directly in the tournament, and all matches will be randomly determined, and I'll post a flowchart depicting the order of battle, including each person's name and Friend Registration code. Battle times will be determined by timezone and your available times, and if two incompatible times occur during the tournament the issue will be resolved as promptly as possible.

No, you can open your own tournaments. But with that one running over there i must say that the competition is a bit rough, but good luck on your tournament (ps: you may also want to join one of these pokemon unions, if you ends being an officer or is well know around the community, making a tournament is pretty easy)
Isn't there already an official Platinum/D/P tournament? So i dont think alot of people will be coming to this one. I have seen you post around and you seem pretty obsessed with platinum o_o. Try joining a uber platinum union.
