USB Connector won;t intall! pls Help!

I have an HP laptop with windows vista....it used to work but it stopped and when i try reinstalling it tells me Internet Sharing Error

any help please

It only works with windows XP.waitaseck

 thing is it used to work up to a couple days ago with the Vista and now poof
