A cursory glance suggests it's the same text as the HD console versions. I didn't read the entirety of both reviews, but they start and end the same way.
That review's headline says it's too easy, then in the bad it says "steep learning curve"...

I saw that as well. WTH? In one paragraph he goes on about the 'punishing realism' of the M+ controls and how you'll have to master the controls and a couple paragraphs later he's saying the difficulty is 'infantile.' I also noticed that the Xbox review is almost identical to the wii review (aside from the mention of M+) Is that usual?

apparently GS hates tennis... VT is a great game, much more deserving than a 6! I like VT more than GST but even GST deserves higher than a 6. These games are revolutionary! GS tennis reviews = fail.

I also noticed that the Xbox review is almost identical to the wii review (aside from the mention of M+) Is that usual? oddly enough thats not usual most major game companys to save time and make it easier have 1 guy play the game give all the different consoles the same review ign does it, gamespot does it, x play does it, theres only a few rare times that the score will change from console thats mostly when a game is built up for the wii with hugely diffferent controls and gameplay
Yeah, Gamespot seems to have a completely different opinion to everyone else with these two tennis games. Both this and Grand Slam Tennis have scored 2 full marks lower than nearly everywhere else and they've completely avoided reviewing Tiger Woods 10 on Wii it seems.
how are "world tour is way too easy" and "steep learning curve" together in the same cons section? So is it too easy or too frustrating to bother to learn how to play. Self contradiction is fun. I haven't played it and I don't intend to though so its not soul crushing for me
Yeah I saw the "too easy" and "steep learning curve" and I was like WTF? I read the review and it was pretty poorly written, rants that didn't make sense. I give that GS review a 3.0/10. Sounds like it was written by someone who failed out of high school.
