I agree with you all the way for your top 2. I have owned and played through both, but would love to do it again, plus I have been craving an rpg or two.

you guys basically named almost every game i would want on the virtual console, but heres another list that i think would be cool:

1.) The legend of zelda: links awakening

2.) 007: die another day (N64)

3.) Resident evil: Code veronica (the only RE game i wasn't able to finish due to technical difficulties with the dreamcast)

4.) The Simpsons (the arcade version)

5.) Castlevania 64

Chrono Trigger, Secret of Mana, Super Mario RPG, Tales of Phantasia, any of the Final Fantasies.

Illusion of Time oh my thats a classsic i swear,it was so longi never finihsed it when i had a SNES...A game i really want is Flashback (SNES)- classic....

Actually for some reason the Genesis version was better. Usually it was the other way around. For some reason the SNES version was slower and had certain sound effects missing. Great game though.
