I think it's Fridays. I don't know why they wait 'til Friday though since it's all distributed digitally, meaning they could release the games in all regions on the same day. Guess it's the standard european delay treatment we're getting huh?
It's better to get the games on Friday, since we then can play new games all weekend. It doesn't matter if wee don't get the games on the same day, since all regions get different games each week.
