Virtual console N64?

Rumors are flying all over the place that the original Super Smash Bros. will release at around the same time as Brawl releases.

And didn't Japan recently get a new N64 game that we haven't yet? What was it?

Meh, I can't play the orignal game after I played Melee. It's just so much better. When I play the original it feels like I'm playing an incomplete game.

I can't wait for Aerofighters, I used to rent that game religiously back in the day. I still have the cartridges for 1080 and Smash.

My thoughts exactly :) Too bad they can't give us an arcade port though. The N64 version was kinda sad. And I missed being able to smash into deer on the road. Watching them splatter was hilarious, lol.

YES!!!! Majora and the Castlevania ones are the only N64 that I actually care about

Yeah, as though Nintendo selling RARE wasn't bad enough, Nintendo seems to have lost the rights to the classics as well. It would have been awesome with the likes of DK 64, Banjo Kazooie, Conkers Bad Fur Day, etc. for the VC. Guess I'll just have to manage with playing them on my old 64 for now. And by the way: Where the heck is Majora's Mask? "We need it! We need it! No? Seems like I'll have another rough night with that nearly dead analouge stick, then. Anju and Kafei, here I come!"

I can't believe no one said it yet!

After looking at the screenshots for Baseball 2k8 for wii, it makes me think it is a 64 virtual console game!

I wanna see Mario Tennis and Super Smash Bros and Goldeneye 007 and Pokemon Stadium (though I have all these games already)

Games I want that I don't have are Donkey Kong 64, Banjo-Kazooie, and Perfect Dark. (although Rare may not be affiliating with the VC :cry:)

Perfect dark is definitely the greatest 64 game of all time.

With the exception of maybe Ocarina of Time.

The problem is that Rare made Perfect Dark, and Rare is owned by Microsoft now.

That would be great if they enhanced it with support for the Wiimote pointer.

Will any movie based or official sport based (NFL, NBA, WWF/E) game actually come onto the VC? -- I doubt it, cuz of royalties and stuff

The Donkey Kong 64 game is a worthy adversary to the collection of the VC.

As with Perfect Dark, that game was made by Rare, which is now owned by Microsoft.

With Rare now being owned by Microsoft, we will never see the following titles on VC:

Perfect Dark, Goldeneye 007, Banjo-Kazooie, Banjo-Tooie, Killer Instinct. I don't want to want admit this, but I had no choice but to accept it. :cry:
