Changing the volume controller made Twilight Princess much more playable. The sounds my controller made playing that game scared the bejeebus out of my dog.

I love the remote speaker especially the "swishing" in RE4 of the knife.

Some games make AWFUL use of it. Twilight Princess and Big Brain Academy come to mind. Wii Sports used it for little things that actually made sense, and that was enjoyable. Resident Evil as well. Looks like they abandoned the process altogether in Metroid Prime 3 though.
