votes channel problem

I updated my wii and didn´t get the votes channel

I tried to update it again and it said I had the latest version of the wii

has this happened to anyone?

does someone know hoe to solve this?

now that I entered the wii shop channel it just keeps saying connecting please wait... and it´s been like that for 10 minutes

should I turn my wii off?

and what´s even worse is that I can´t turn it off, I just dissconected it and it still had the green light on, I think this is the end of my wii:cry:hyrueprince11
