I went to my walmart and they said they had the game, bu t it wasn't on the shelves yet. They said check back after 4 and it should be out for sale! I'm heading over there as soon as Iits late enough.
The Circuit City I live next to will have by 2 PM today. I went earlier and they said the shipment hasn't arrived yet and they will have it at by 2 so I am leaving now.
So should Gamestop have the game on shelves later this afternoon?goodlay
I called the game stop near me (I go to Ramapo College in Mahwah, NJ) and they said that it comes out tomorrow. I might call back and ask them when they are getting the shipment.
EDIT: Just called back and they said they are not getting the shipment till tomorrow, and I could pick it up in the afternoon. Man I really wanna play this game.
This is why I like living in the UK even though the games come out later we have proper release dates, not shipping dates, given to us so we know if we check shops, the game WILL be there, unless it's sold out or it's a less well known game and they don't have it.

My Walmart has had most of the big titles on the shipping date such as MP3, SPM, and WW. Then a gain some games they on't get until 3 or 4 o clock, I'm going to go and attempt to pick it up in a half an hour.
For some reason Gamestop and EB games never sell games on the shipping date. Apparently they have some copies of the game because they are selling their pre-oredered game today, but for some reason they won't sell the rest until tommorrow.
Ahhhh, some Gamstop have them today, some won't have them till tomorrow...Some people have gotten a call from Mario, I haven't.....all this waiting around for the game and constantly being told different things on this board is driving me MAAAAADDDDD!!!!!!!

You´re more luck than me, I live in Brazil and the game will come here only after a few weeks and it will be for 110 ( american dollars )
Sorry it took me so long to respond but I was too busy playing Galaxy! I've gotten the first 15 stars and it has been amazing, I'm taking a short dinner break and letting you guys know at least some Walmarts have it, and it is a must have no question.
I went to gamestop today and they said they didn't have it but i could buy it and pick it up since they get it tomorrow at about lunch time so i guess i pre-ordered it on release date..
My local Walmart here in Freehold NJ had it tonight 7PM.. I have one on Pre Order at Local Gamestop.. Will get my money back from them... They are becoming more and more useless!!!

Thats weird. I don't understand why games can't be like movies and DVDs and have 1 unified release day where everyone sells it at the same time instead of giving everyone the shipping date and the stores getting it either that day or 2-3 days later.
dam.... if i just didnt need to come to my sisters house i SO could have went to the new walmart 11mins away from my house... dam, just seems like everything bad just has to happen 2 me... well, i mean, it IS right infront of the school i go to in the morining... but if i took it with me too class... id get my ass whooped....
My local EB never has the games on the shipping date. I gave up even getting games there if I want them as soon as they come out. Now Walmart in my town seems to have them on the shipping dates almost everytime. I got Galaxy from Walmart on the 12th on my lunch. I wiped it down a bit to get the lead and date rape chemicals off it though. You never know with Walmart since about everything in their stores is from China now.:lol:
