i might be the only one but i actually like waluigi, and hes never had his chance to reely shine as a seperate character hes always been put in the mario spin offs and sport games. i was hoping that maybe in brawl he wood have his chance to show that hes a good character but nooooooo, they made him an assist trophy meaning by hes not a playable character. when will they ever give him a chance
your not the only one , its really annoying that he's assis trophy instead of a playable character. I was hoping for him as a playable character wario needs a sidekick , wario bros vs mario bros that would of been sick but now they mess him up and gonecheap mode. imo the assis trophy idea is dumb , heck they even put that one dude from f-zero as an assis trophy is CF alone again? he need somebody to join along from the series too you know , not just a stupid item.
I wouldn't mind him being a playable character on smash bros, as much as I despise him. He's such a cheesy character. He cheats in everything, which makes him do what he does well but I personally don't like him, but I wouldn't mind him being in smash bros so I could destroy him over and over again.
When I first went onto the Dojo and scrolled down to see Waluigi there I started swearing. A lot...Then I noticed he wasn't playable and is just an assist trophy and sighed with relief.
Waluigi is a terrible filler character and being an assist trophy is more than he deserves. Of course a filler character becoming a filler assist trophy is a kinda nice fit.
Eh, I don't really care that he's an assist trophey. I expected he would be in the game (even though I don't really like him). I know a lot of people love him (for whatever reason...) and they are mad that he's only an assist trophey. Even though I hate him I think it's a bit disappointing because that is one more character that people can scratch off the possible playable roster. Mario VS Luigi VS Wario VS Waluigi would have been a fun fight, but unfortunately Nintendo decided that Waluigi isn't good enough to make the cut. A bit of a shame really. I hope they don't do that with other characters (except maybe the clones from SSBM).
although i am not really a fan if his, ifind it somewhat crummy that he got treated like that. after all, wario is part of the roster and hes only an assist trophy?
^^^ Actually that would be quite interesting, The Mario Bros. Vs. The Wario Bros, LOL. Anyway, I respect Waluigi (Birdo not at all) and at least he gets a spot in the game as an ASSIST TROPHY and not just a trophy. Didn't he make his first apperance in Mario Tennis for the Wii just to spite Luigi?
