Wanted Mii for a hit and run in Japan

There is a wanted Mii out there in Japan for a hit and run according to GoNintendo and Yahoo! If any of you civilized, responsible drivers spot this Mario Kart daredevil on the road reckless driving, abusing red shells and doing a live hit and run with bullet bills, report him to Mii's Most Wanted:
