What game are you talking about? There are different camera controls for different games, so to identify the problem we need to know the game(s) you're talking about.
The only two ways to move the camera in those games are to point the cursor toward the edge of the screen or move the analog stick on the nunchuck, if I remember right.
So you're saying that the cursor is near the middle of the screen and you're not pressing the analog stick, but your character is still moving or looking around?
it is pointing in the middle of the screen but the camera is moving in circle that i can't fix only if i turn off the wii but when i turn it on it starts again.
The problem must be with the analog stick on the nunchuck then. Have you tried unplugging the nunchuck and plugging it back in when this happens? Always make sure you don't touch the analog stick when you're turning on the controller or plugging the nunchuck into the remote.
If there's still a problem after trying these things, I don't know what to tell you. You might need a new nunchuck.
