I bought mine with Super Mario 64 DS, so that was the first.

I got it 6 months ago and I'm only 1/3 of the way through collecting all the power stars; it was an excellent buy in my opinion.

Metroid Prime Hunters: First Hunt.

I got my DS soon after it came out, the game I played after that that wasn't packaged in was Super Mario 64 DS.

Got mine for Christmas when they first came out with Mario 64, Advanced Wars and Partners in Time. Played Mario 64 first. It was a memorable experience. Brought me back to the 64 days. Good Times.

Honest answer would be halo II. I had bought my DS and had it still in the box and went and played Halo II. My wife got home and was bugging me to open it and play it so I finally did. At that point I think I popped in Advance Wars II for GBA. In case you're getting the wrong impression my DS is my favorite system.
