watching movies on Wii

Hi,

I am going to be buying a Wii soon and I was just wondering if it is possible through the Wii's wifi connection and the Wii browser to basically use the Wii like Apple TV. i.e. stream movies or view pictures that are on my computer, onto my Wii (like say I have Casino Royale in my "My Movies" folder, I can access that folder and watch the movie on my Wii)
