I was looking through the Wii release schedule and it seems kind of weak. DK Bongo Blast, Cooking Mama or Prince of Persia could be good, but after that there is Mario Party 8 in May and then Metriod whenever that is out (it says May, but I have heard next xmas). Other than that there are a few aerial combat games that could be fun. For me though that is really it, lets just hope these "potentially good games" pan out.
Also some may say Tiger Woods (but I dont like golf) or Medal of Honor (I have enough WWII fps's on my PC)

The Godfather Blackhand Edition, Heatseeker, Medal of Honor, Papaer Mario, and Mario Strikers charged and Battalion Wars 2 sometime in the future with online. Yeah looks real crappy as of now.
Sonic, Cooking Mama, Paper Mario, and hopefully Mario Party 8...that's enough for me right there. Then there's the heavy hitters. Lastly, there's the best reason to get a Wii....Smash. Don't forget about VC, too :)
I'm looking forward to Tiger Woods, Super Paper Mario, and more Virtual Console games in the near future. Later this year will bring Super Mario Galaxy and Metroid Prime 3, which should be really good.
it'll pick up. it took about a year for 360 (gears of war) to pick up and now theres nothing but good stuff ahead, so im sure wii and ps3 will pick up. after metroid it'll be smooth sailing for us wii gamers, as soon as nintendo starts releasing some first party games
Dude, everything is weak with Nintendo, you need to give it some time to actually get the good games set to go. Besides, Super Paper Mario comes out in April, that one should be really good I think.
the vc and mediocre games should keep people busy until june. we still have more zelda, DKC, and mario to come on the VC. just be patiant, nintendo knows what they are doing. They have never let me down. And remember, a delayed game is better than a bad one.

They seem they could be ok games, but nothing I'm particularly interested in.I know a lot of people enjoy Paper Mario and The Godfather, but it's just not my style. I mentioned about FPS and aerial combat and Strikers is a port from the GC that I've played enoguh of and was so-so. Also Strikers and Batallion Wars don't even have a release date.... Also a lot people keep mentioning other games that are TBA (ie SSBB)...this post was just referring to games "on the horizon" or next 3-4 months or so. It could be a worse situation ( *cough* PSP *cough*) , but maybe I have just been spoiled by the DS (although its had it's share of upsets).
Look at it this way, the wii is on the exact same boat as the DS was when it launched. Now ever developer and thier brother are making games for it.... and if you cant find a fun game to play on the DS now, you must not like video games. Just you wait, with all the titles that we allready know about, that'll keep us busy for the next couple years.
