Weird thing in WiFi Registration Tool

This is what appear in the Wi-Fi Registration Tool. About every minute or so it says a user has connected to the USB Connector, even though both my Wii and DS are turned off. I'm pretty sure no one's freeloading because it's been there all day, but does anyone know what this is? Thanks =D

if you have wiiconnect24 then its that. Remember that wiiconnect24 stays connected to the internet even when the wii is off so its still gonna say somethign is connected to the internet even if the wii is off.
