A few obvious ones are F-Zero, Pilotwings, and StarFox. I'd die for a new Pilotwings.

I would really like a new Star Fox game.
Also, a new paltaform Kirby, and TBH, that's my bet on this new secret Nintendo game that IGN is talking about.

I could definately go for a new Kirby.F-zero, Star Fox, Pilotwings, Kirby, Donkey Kong, Wave Race, maybe a new Mischef Makers, maybe another Fire Emblem actually built for Wii, Eternal Darkness, Paper Mario RPG 3.
Starfox isn't going to happen, so I'd say F-Zero. It probably wouldn't sell too well, but I'd still like to see it. I don't see why they wouldn't make a Kirby game, it would sell a bajillion copies.
Oh, and of course, Donkey Kong.
And I forgot--a new 1080 Snowboarding game with balance board support! I love the 1080 franchise, so that would be excellent.

I speak Truth sir. You told him not to have a negative attitude (StarFox), then you immediately have a negative attitude (Donkey Kong). That's the definition of hypocrisy right there.[QUOTE="Madmangamer364"]a duck hunt game today would get peta soooo pissed.Add 3d visuals with gore and dismembering to it.Duck Hunt. The Wii will never realize its full potential without it. Ok, I'm joking... or am I?

Whoever said anything about 3D visuals, gore, or dismembering? My vision of Duck Hunt is would be almost the complete opposite. I think the game would be great if it only used today's modern 2-D sprite technology, or even cel-shading. Also, the game would maintain a lot of it's classic, harmless 8-bit charm. It would be a lot like New Super Mario Bros., except that it's Duck Hunt... and for the Wii. The Duck Hunt I have in mind would be a great fit for the Wii, and I think it would go well with the majority of the system's audience. :P

I don't Think So...Like I said I havent seen Donkey Kong (platformer) in a while.Foxi911There's already one on the Wii: Donkey Kong Jungle Beat. And much like Pikmin 1 and 2 coming out in preparation for Pikmin 3, Jungle Beat could just be the warmup towards a new one. Meanwhile, when was the last time Star Fox had a Wii game? Or a game at all?

To end My opinon starfox, fzero and pikmin deserve a game on the wii more than zelda, mario or metriod

A gamecube newplay port doesn't really count as a DK Wii installment... and the Zelda game we got was nothing more than a gamecube port.
I agree with everything else though, we need a game from the other IPs before another metroid, or using Mario as a crutch when we already have an awesome Galaxy.
If there's any Nintendo francise that I want more than anything, it's F-Zero. There was no Pilotwings for GC but they might come out with a Wii version. Sometimes, Nintendo franchises get lost in the mix. Like Punchout(15 years), Metroid(8 years), Pilotwings, DK, Wave Race. The good thing is they resurface eventually.
Kid Icarus, Startropics, Ice Climbers, or Donkey Kong Jr. Basically any franchise that we haven't seen for a while because Punch Out has certainly shown us that nintendo still has some great untapped franchises that have plenty of potential. There is much more to Nintendo than just Mario, Zelda, and Metroid.

comon i wasnt all that serious. But even the 2d game of yore would be considered offensive by Peta and other activists for cruelty against animals. You killed ducks after all )and a dog pulled their corpses afterwards with pride. ) Buuut, it would be nice either case.Imagine the mature version to, with shotguns and rifles. You shot the duck,it stumbles and falls. Duck yelps and says :"Aargh...aaahh...why..you.." and expires in front of your eyes.Unless you deliver the coup de grace quickly and blow its brains. Im a monster.I dont think a new F-Zero will happen, I also dont want it to happen this gen. Star Fox is missing though as well as DK.

Im a monster. That's pretty funny, considering I wasn't that serious, either. :P Honestly, I think a Duck Hunt could still work, as long as the notion is made that the game doesn't promote violence against animals. In the past, people tried to play the animal abuse card on games like Pokemon, but the game dodged that bullet by doing things like having Pokemon "faint," instead of "die," which is common in other RPGs. With as many shooters as there are these days, a game like Duck Hunt can survive very easily.
As far as the various versions of Duck Hunt goes, I have to say I like my idea much better. I don't see Duck Hunt as one of those ultra-violent games that relies on realism and gore to be fun. I see the game as more of a lighthearted and humorous experience that many people can feel comfortable playing, despite the fact that it's a shooting game. I think that's what made the original game so appealing, and I think that's what would keep it as appealing today if Nintendo ever decided to revive the game. That said, I'm not holding my breath. :P

The Wii is missing its own Pikmin pretty badly. It's been 5 years since the last game and I've been itching for more!

The exact same could be said about StarFox. It's all opinion anyway. My point was not which one was better than the other. My point was...you know what, never mind. Yes its all opinion but these are generally accepted ideas. Please Log In to post.
