I think a lot of people are unsure of the game due to its unusual control scheme, but once you get used to it, the game provides a genuinely challenging, lengthy, and satisfying adventure. It's one of those games I never hear anyone ever mention or talk about, which makes me a little sad since I found it to be very refreshing.
Pic Pic. This game is a collection of 3 Japanese style logic puzzle games (maze, mosaic, and another one whether you join sets of numbers and colour in squares). As far as I can see this game has never been reviewed by any professional games web sites or magazine, which is a shame as it is actually a rather good implementation. I'd give it 7 or 8 out of 10. It's not fancy and does pretty much what it's supposed to, but well worth buying if you can find a copy. It's rare in the UK and has possibly not been released in the USA.
while not a perfect game by any means, it was a fun metriod rip-off (as far as the concept goes) but it was a fun game. you can get it for really cheap (if you can find it).

Much like Nintendogs and the Harvest Moon series, anything that comes off as a bunch of obsessive-compulsive, repetitive activities just doesn't sound like fun to me. I recently watched friends of mine play the latter two in person for the first time and I just couldn't understand the entertainment value.

it's fun if you have a collecting obssession :P all i do is fish and catch bugs.
IMO the most over looked DS game is Zoo keeper because it's so old and you can never find it. That or Final Fantasy Fable Chocobo Tales.

I don't think that game is overlooked at all because it comes directly from Nintendo.

Everybody knows about FF3 so it's not overlooked, and it is considered a bad game by many (including myself). Not only that but many Square Enix games get reviewed before the release date including this one, I don't think that is a sign of a overlooked game at all.
I think Panzer Tactics is a pretty good over looked game. For a turn based strategy game I say it's pretty good and indepth but I guess if your not interested in WWII it wouldn't be as fun. Luckily I bought it when it first came out because I don't see it anywhere now.
