I second Ghost Trick, Elite Beat Agents, Scribblenauts, SMT:Devil Survivor, TWEWY, and 999. Korg DS-10 is also unique. It is sort of a music making thingy.

999 and Ghost Trick are pretty damn unique. And frigging awesome.

Feel the Magic is also pretty quirky.

I agree with your opinion of EBA. But I think that SMT: Devil Survivor is unique. It is a hybrid system, many would call it unique. It's a game with many possible endings, which is also unique, even if it isn't the only game that does it. As far as 999, you said there are other games like that in Japan, but we don't get them. And it is the first one we have that is this well done. I think a visual novel game with amazing puzzles is pretty unique. And with the Dark Spire, I've never played it. I'm talking about unique games for the DS and how they compare to other DS games. Not how unique they are compared to games on other systems. We may be basing our opinions of unique on different things. I'm not looking to get in a battle here. We are both entitled to our own opinions, I'm just defending mine. I'm not in any way trying to attack you, so please don't take this the wrong way. I don't want to get in a war where somebody has to be right and someone has to be wrong. Sorry, it just happens to me all the time and I see it a lot too.
