Well it depends on the genre.

If I'm playing a FPS, I like to drink Earl Grey. If it's a platformer, I prefer a nice glass of Johnny Walker Blue Label. When I'm n00bing pwns in a fighter, I make sure to always have a cup of warm milk, heated on the stovetop for about 4 and a half minutes, then put it in the microwave for 2:52, then back on the stove for another 12 seconds. If it's not done exactly like that, I kill whichever one of my 157 maids cooked it.

Oh, but to anwser your question, no, I don't drink anything while playing my Wii.
