Probably that one that was just recently released in Japan, 'Everybody's Nintendo Channel.'

Yeah, you're meant to be able to watch videos and read reviews of Wii games on that one. There is also talk of DS connectivity, so you can download demos to your DS through your Wii's connection.
I hope they release a DVD channel so you can watch DVDs on your Wii, I wouldn't mind paying a reasonable price for that either.
No idea. But what I would like to see is a seperate channel for NES, SNES, TG-16, Megadrive, Neo Geo and N64 games you have downloaded. That way you could open the channel and choose a game from a list as opposed to skipping through loads of channels with one game in them looking for the one you want to play.ciaran22
I'd like that. My Wii menu is really messed up.

I just realized how awesome that would be! It could be a Wii update
I dont know how it would work but maybe some kind of Chat channel. When you opened it it would tell you which of yours friends are playing online now and you could chat to them. I dont know lol, is that lame?RE4WiiGirlNo I think its a good idea, could be like 'Pictochat' for the Wii, but with typing now it supports USB keyboards!

Good idea. If only Nintendo were reading these boards we would be laughin! If Gmail can do it I don't see why the Wii couldn't.

It does? wheres the USB input, or am I really blind lol? That would be pretty cool though I guess, and have a multi chat with a few friends in the same window like MSN :)

The USB input is in the back part of the Wii. There are two, actually.

A DVD channel would be awsome, and i wouldnt mind paying for it either. A Chat channel sounds pretty cool aswell. No idea. Thats sounds as a great. As time passes people are gonna download like crazy and wont have space since theres only like four pages of wii menu. I would also like to see a Brawl channel. I know Wiifit is going to have a channel thats going to track your paly time and progress and I would like one for Brawl too. I would like also a channel like that but it records all your play time like those messages you get when you play. And on a side note I wouldl like my wii to record my play time if i play a Gamecube game. I dont expect it to know the game but say say "Gamecube 1:02"

i dont think that this would work because you will always end up looking at the DS screen rather than the big screen because you have to use the touch screen
I'm not sure about you, but I know my DS controls pretty well, if there was a big screen it would help me out a lot.
What's the big deal about the Wii being able to play DVDs? Now, if there was a channel that offered movies to download, or even just TV series episodes, I think that would be pretty awesome. DVD players are so cheap these days, I just don't see a reason.CanderD
Same here. I don't see the big deal for Wii's being able to play DVD's. I think it's pointless.

Ya, but what about when you need to tap on an icon on screen. You would have to look down.
Back on topic, i want a music channel. It would be really simple to make, because all you need to do is put the music on an SD card, then on your wii. For mii integration, they could even do something like, your mii dances around fast or slow depending on the speed of the music, or you pick moves or something. I just really want to listen to my music though.
