i agree. although, I'm probably gonna say 9.3, and they'll most certainly mark it down because "it's getting old" when it really isnt. so, probably a 9.3/9.4
I dont see how it can rate lower than Melee did so 9.0 at the minimum. Everything about the game is just better than Melee, and we probably dont even know the half of it yet.
It's got to be at least9.2. I mean the new bits of information coming out on the official site are just amazing! I can't wait to unleash the fury with a Smash Ball or get some support from an Assist Trophy.
Man these estimations are really low, Im quite surprised. I dont know whether people just dont know enough about Brawl and underestimate it, just dont like it or if that they dont have faith in GS reviews. Very surprising, and this is the Wii board to boot, not even System Wars.
I think it will get a 9.0, and will break the record for number of medals added on. Oh, and a note to people, now gamespot reviews are only in increments of 0.5
9 and up. I swear....if gamespot gives it any lower and one of its reasons were because its getting old...or "same formula" HALO 3 better get much lower than a 9 because its the same crap all over again but new system

Don't worry about what tomorrow brings just enjoy the games you have until this one comes out. As a rule of thumb most games made by nintendo, microsoft and SCEA are quality. And most games based on movies are awful. Now stop asking about game ratings before they're rated. You make people nervous.
