If we judge every game playable on Wii(That means GC and VC too) as if they where all released at the same time, which is the best? Is it:

.

.

.

Super Mario Galaxy

Considered by most to be the best 3D Mario game, this baby won numerous GOTYs when pitted against very tough foes.

.

Resident Evil Four: Wii Edition

An absolutely incredible third-person shooter that will easily give 100+ hours of pure fun due to it's spectacular replayability.

.

The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time

Thought by many to be the flat-out best game of all time, OOT is nothing short of a masterpiece... for it's time of release.

.

Super Mario Brothers Three

Pretty much the pinnacle of all 2D platforming, SMB3 is nothing short of spectacular.

.

.

.

Of course, there are countless others that should be in the poll but simply wouldn't fit, including Super Mario World, The Legend of Zelda Twilight Princess, etc. So, what do you guys think is flat-out the best game on Wii?

.

Note to mods: This is not a "which game should I get?" topic and I already own all the games in the poll. Please don't mod me

You're asking for people to judge games equally. That is near impossible on any public gaming forum...

I say Super Mario Bros. 3. The game set the stage for many of the future Super Mario games like Mario World and Mario 64. The game had a perfect length, the items were fun, the difficulty was one of the best in a side-scroller ever, the cheats (which were huge back in the day) were fun to explore--the game overall, for me, set the stage for perfect platforming gameplay.

I expect the to do it none the less. I don't want to argue about which game impacted gaming more, I want to argue about which game is simply the most fun.

I wouldn't care if OoT is on the VC. It's not a Wii game even though it's my overall favorite game of all time. I would have to pick Twilight Princess for a Wii game.

The reasons that I stated are the reasons it impacted gaming and why it was most fun.

Besides, your question says "What do you think is the best game on the Wii if we measure them as equal?" Next time say most "fun." :)

Also, if you're trying to figure out what is most "fun," there is no way you can measure the game as equal since everyone's definition of "fun" is different.

Wait, so NMH > Galaxy/SMB3/OOT/RE4/All the other great games on the VC, GC, and Wii? I'm sorry, but is absolute insanity. NMH wasn't even the best game of it's year!

I went back to playing Zelda Twilight Princess after taking a long break from it to play the more recent Wii games. And WOW, I forgot how amazing it is!

People say the story in Twilight Princess is forgettable, but I think that's an excellent reason to play it again (after you beat MadWorld, No More Heroes, etc.). I think it's the best game on Wii and by far the best Zelda game ever. I think Ocarina of Time is overrated because it was just a 3D version of Link to the Past, while Twilight Princess took the best elements of all the Zelda games and refined them while introducing more mature environments. And it's the longest of all the Zelda games. Whether you use the Wii motion controls or the GameCube traditional controls, it's truly a wonderful game.

Galaxy. Also, OOT and SM3 should not be on the list, Metroid Prime 3, Zelda: TP or Brawl are more deserving simply because they are Wii Games. What you're really asking is, what's the best game on any Nintendo platform and that's different from best on Wii. Saying "on Wii" means you're talking about Wii games only.

Including VC?! You might as well ask "whats your favorite Nintendo game of all time?" 1. Donkey Kong Country 2 2. Link to the Past 3. Ocarina of Time 4. Resident Evil 4 (Wii Edition) 5. Twilight Princess tied with Super Mario Galaxy.
