Low levels much?

Well, other than that it's a decent team; but you should tell us the movesets.

You should deffinately evolve your Haunter. Although Hauntar is cooler than Gengar, Gengar has better stats. If you need, I'll trade it with you to evolve it. Pm me if you want to.

Ok, here's some constructive criticism.

The Blastoise has too many water moves, and the one's he has, aren't very strong. I would teach him Brine, Hydro Pump, Earthquake(good for killing the electric), and Outrage(good against dragons that Blastiose has no deffense against. Can be taught at the move tutor).

I also think it's not necessary to teach your Gengar that many dark type moves(I think he had 2). Your Tyranitar already covers that, so I would teach my Gengar more poisons, since he is type poison. My move set would be Nightmare, Dream Eater, Hypnosis, and Sludge Bomb.

Also, sorry if this is bad advice. It's the best I have. Some people think about things that I don't when it comes to competitive battling.

I still need EV spreads and natures.

Typhlosion: Too many STAB moves.

Dragonite: T-Bolt beats thunder, Wing Attack is weak sauce, and Dragon Rush is outclassed by Dragon Claw due to reliablitlity.

Blastoise: Too much STAB, junk moves.

Metang: Evolve, remove Psychic, Take Down sucks, and it doesn't make that great use of pursuit.

T-tar: Thunder sucks in sand, too many identical STAB moves.

Gengar: The only move that could work is Dbond.

Please make a competitive team to be rated rather than giving me your in-game team. I'm tired of people asking for a team to be rated when it has all these signs that it's obviously for in-game play.

STAB is the bonus power a move gets when it's the same type as the Pokemon. EV is extra stat points that you can direct towards certain stats(this is a really basic explanation. To me, It's kind of complicated how it works). Your team does need some help, but it's not as bad as Hegan says. You'll figure out what you need eventually, it takes time. If you need anymore help on your Pokemon, you can ask me.

One thing I saw wrong with whatHegna said(no offense Hegna, I think for the most part you are right), is the Psychic on Metang, and Thunderbolt on Tyranitar. Psychic is a very powerful psychic type move, and it has a 100 accuracy, and it can possibly lower the Sp. Deffense. And the Thunderbolt works great for protecting T-tar against water.

Psychic fails on Metang because it uses its horrible special attack (base 95 special attack is junk compared to the base 135 physical attack it has). T-bolt could work, THUNDER (which he had before) can't. Thunder is low accuracy, and sucks without rain. Tyranitar also has pretty low special attack in comparison to its physical attack. Thus a physical attack could probably work better than T-bolt.

Agreed. But there isn't many(if any) psychic type attacks that aren't Sp. Attack, and A Metagross needs a psychic attack. I didn't notice the the Thunder thing, I thought it was T-bolt. Maybe instead you should teach it Thunder Fang, or Thunder Punch(not suure if it can either), because it has better plain Attack.

You need to learn about competitive battling. IVs, natures, EVs, STABs, Tiers, etc... Smogon is the place to go. Here is a great link to get you introduced:

http://www.smogon.com/dp/articles/intro_comp_pokemon

Good luck. The Ev/Iv is confusing at first, but once you get all this stuff, you can tell us.
