it seems like a carnival game or something, it comes on the tv now. it has a cartoony guy with a completly rounded head. any one have an idea?

Most likely Carnival Games. Is it just me or does anyone else find that game to be kind of creepy?

Yeah it's New Carnival games. I played the first one, it was suprisingly good. The skiball game was really fun. The new one has Wii Motion Plus support so that would help.
