I replayed New Super Mario Brothers quite a lot. Not a challenging game, but a very fun game.
I think the most time by far has to be Pokemon Diamond. According to the in game clock I have about 300 hours on it. About one day worth of that was when I left it on accidentally though...
Pokemon is the only game I've played heaps coz I don't really buy many games for the DS. But I'm gunna get the Rune Factories and Castlevanias which will add to the hours played on my DS.

As of late: Clubhouse Games - everyone needs to get this game, it is worth every penny and it's only twenty bucks. You'll get addicted very quickly and if you have wifi then you're golden. You can also single card play and send games as gifts to people. In the past: Mario Kart DS, Pokemon Pearl, Animal Crossing: Wild World, Metroid Prime: Hunters, and Super Mario 64 DS (only because it was like the only good game out for a long time after launch).

JUS despite the fact that I hardly ever play online or even against someone else. Before I got JUS I played Final Fantasy 3 a lot, but right now I'm stuck in it.
On Pokemon Diamond I think I have 305 hours... And that is After I restarted my game so I've actually played my diamond for about 500 hours. I just cheched a calculater and it said that I've played the game for almost 20 1/2 whole days... Aaah! I'm addicted.:shock:
I'd say either Final Fantasy Tactics with about 70 hours or Panzer Tactics which I don't know specifically how much time i've played on that. But I know it's been quite a bit.
