I'd like more action-adventure,more platform,and more horror.

Needs at least one high-profile FPS.
And a few 3d platformers. SM3Dland doesn't really count, as it was mostly left to right, more of a sidescroller than anything.
The 3DS needs more games that take advantage of the first person perspective. I find the first person perspective easier on the eyes than games with a third person sprite. Plus it just makes sense. Nintendo is repeating one of the big mistakes of the virtual boy by not realizing how much stereoscopic 3D blends well with first person games. I remember that AVGN commented on that in his VB review.GunSmith1_basic
The difference is 3DS actually has the power to deliver the goods in this department.
But yeah, they need some first person perspective games. I can't think of any.
I wonder happened with Conduit 3ds. It looks like they might've pulled the plug on that after Conduit 2 flopped. But in the meantime we got nuthin. They would've had the market to themselves.

there are a few, but no high end titles yet. I would like to see Nintendo and other devs not just make FPS games either. There are lots of different genres that could be done in first personRPG, Action Adventure, and Puzzle.
And I want more game localizations. I'm glaring directly at you, Capcom.
The genres I like of course, those being Fighters, Platformers, and RPGs.
I'd also like to see more high quality girly-girl games like Style Savvy, but I'm probably alone on that one. :P
Well, I did like Cooking Mama 4. And I'm not even jesting :PThe genres I like of course, those being Fighters, Platformers, and RPGs.

Pixel-Perfect
Definitely more RPGs. I'd really like to see an open world style one in particular. I'd also like one (and no need for more than one) FPS w/ extensive online multiplayer.
I'd also like to see greatly expanded eStore support to let me play some console classics on the road. More than that even, I'd like to see great original content in the eStore, things like Pushmo or Sakura Sammurai either of which is a really unique and interesting game.
I would kill for another Wind Waker. A new Viewtiful Joe could be awesome too.[QUOTE="ZumaJones07"]i wanna see more cel-shaded games, those are fun to look at.Litchie
Lol,you know,i had this dream today.
Graphics were like TWW,but improved, and it was dark about clowns and rock lords.
Well everyone listed good genres so Im not going to list that. Instead I want more online games. The 3DS is perfect for that with wifi being available almost everywhere you go these days. I love playing MK7 online. Mario Open Tennis got bad reviews, but the online still tempts me to buy the game. I really want a deeper online experience. Hopefully Heroes of Ruin lives up to the hype and encourages more developers to add some of their features. We have a mic on the 3DS for a reason right, then why doesnt every game offer online voice chat? They should. Drop in/drop out multiplayer? I want more of that. The list goes on and on from there. It just seems that the 3DS is a perfect platform for this kind of gaming.
RPG's mainly. JRPG's in particular. I'd love to see some Valkyria Chronicle ports, but that'll never happen unfortunately.
And give me proper pokemon games! D:
Yay, another Valkyria fan :D Yeah, back then I had an idea of Valkyria Chronicles 3 being localized and remade for the 3DS as Valkyria Chronicles 3-D (geddit?) but another GameSpot user told me it was a Sony exclusive. All the more reason to like Sony more, I guess :PRPG's mainly. JRPG's in particular. I'd love to see some Valkyria Chronicle ports, but that'll never happen unfortunately.

3D makes an FPS game easier to play? No. But seeing that face buttons can be used for the camera and the only other functions really needed are primary/secondary firing and jumping, an FPS might work. I'd like to see Half Life 3D or something similar to Resistance - which is a Sony exclusive \(^o^)/[QUOTE="emirblade"]Why would you want to play a FPS on a handheld? At least one good FPS.
AvatarMan96
why not?
Wouldn't it be better to at least have that option?
RPGs and Turn-Based Strategy, seeing as they're the only genres that I play anymore because they are generally the only ones that are worth buying thanks to the length and replayability.
I'd like to see more platformers and RPGs. Specifically, I want my side-scrolling Metroid handheld games after not getting one throughout the DS' entire life cycle! Platforming/Adventure games I'd love to see would be something based on Pokemon that incorporates 3D adventure with Pokemon's RPG elements, the inevitable Kirby game but with something creative for once in a long time, and a Starfox game with online(I'm looking at your port of Starfox 64 without online, Nintendo).
As for RPGs, the list goes on! The shortest way to put it would be more ports of the older Final Fantasy games(sue me, I never played them D:), more creative and new IPs on the DS, and my greatest(and also damn near impossible) hope is to see a rebooting of Earthbound/Mother series.
