What happened to Linerider?

I thought it was supposed to come out in '07 but ummm...its over. So, does anyone have any info on it?

Just looked on the InXile website and their last update says its supposed to be scheduled for Spring 08 so its still in the makings just. Also they've posted a recent video of a track made with the DS Line Rider game and it looks quite cool. Includes the ability to have full graphical cartoon backgrounds like mountains etc. Looks quite smooth.

it's not that I'm cheap,

I mean, it's an awesome game, I use to play it all the time,

but I'd rather spend my money on something else
