Did this fad die out completely or what? I like snowboarding and think it would be cool on Wii with tilt controls and whatnot. What do you think?

SSX Blur is out.

I don't think snowboarding controls would work well with the Wii. Though I would like a SSX 4 for another console.

Well I feel rather silly. I completely forgot about Blur. Hrm. But that got mixed reviews. People seem to either love it or think its garbage :P

I really ilke SSX Blur, the controls are great if you take the time to master them.

right. SSX blur is great fun once you get a hold of the controls. The bad reviews were more than likely written by someone who didn't play it long enough to get good at it...

Yeah, but honestly be prepared to take about an hour getting used to the controls. The basics like carving and jumping and tricks are easy to get the hang of, but uber tricks take practice.

I think we're going to see a new 1080o very soon. NST dropped Project Hammer so the only thing I can see from them is a new 1080o with the Wii Fit balance or something like thatcompatible. Maybe that's why they canned Project HAMMER. It's a theory not a confirmation.

Interesting. I would like to see a new 1080 game. I never even thought of using the balance board. Talk about immersion lol.

I would buy the balance board if it was compatible with a snowboading game. Bragging rights to all my friends who don't have wiis.
