What if High Voltage Software was working on the next zelda with Nintendo?

Perosnaly i think it would be AMAZING.

The detail with there quantum 3 engine and the story, epicness and style of zelda will make it a winner for sure.

High Voltage Software need to be second party allredy.

Well the idea is good.But i think.I hope,nintendo has a powerful decent engine for their own games (no not cartoony amazing like galaxy ,zelda is a bit more realistic), i mean, they must have by now. Im just waiting to see it lol. I will alway remember that when showcasing Mario Galaxy,Iwata stated it was not the full wii power. So the problem is that nintendo is veery quiet but when they deliver, they do it big time.TP for cube looked good, so the equivalent for wii must be epic.

Nintendo know how to handle their core titles without the help of other developers; just because HVS are "hardcore" doesn't mean they make better games, they certainly won't have half the production values that Nintendo's core games do.

I agree with you there for games that Nintendo doesn't normally make on their own, but they don't need any help making an amazing Zelda game. If there's any other company I would want working on Zelda, it's Retro.

Usually that would be true but HVS has a passion for pleasing hardcore Wii owners that no other company has shown at all. The previews for The Conduit have also been pretty damn good for quite some time now and the first few reviews have been around the 8.0 mark.

Have you not seen the CD-i Zelda games!! I know HVS seems like angood developer, but no one should make Nintendo games other than NINTENDO!!!!

That would give me more of a reason NOT to buy the next Zelda.

Nintendo has been making this game for a pretty long time, and it seems that they've done a fine job with that.

Not to mention, Nintendo has A LOT more money that they could use on a project like this if they want it to be really good.

High Voltage still has not released any games that I have taken an interest to, Conduit could be good, but I'm not going to praise it before I play it.

That could only make ther game worse. Every Zelda game always manages a AAA score and Nintendo still has the best visuals on their console. High Voltage has yet to show a game that looks better than Super Mario Galaxy (the game is untouched in graphics on Wii still).

HVS haven't prove me anything yet, as far as i know, all 3 of their games could be bad, so i dont want Nintendo gave them Zelda, IMO Retro Studios should be working on it, and by that i'm not talking about a Zelda FPS.

Okay I like HVS but absolutely not. Nintendo can make great looking games take SMG, I personally though TP looked good, but not great. The team even said they could have done more, but they were pushed to get the game out for the launch. Well there was a rumor that Retro was working on the next Zelda but apparently they aren't anymore. But if they did end up making it, I think it would be awesome, as long as it was still third-person.
