less competition in an industry is always bad.My thoughts exactly. But if hell froze over and it happened, I wouldn't quit gaming over it.
besides, ninty would give up on gaming before they sold themselves off.

A: It would never happen.
B: And I would loath it to the lowest pits of my heart if it did.

Same....
I would hate Sony and console games forever.
And it couldn't happen, Nintendo has won this generation war, its the biggest success, and Nintendo holds the top game series characters. They've been around over a hundred years, their like the untouchable company. And yea Twilight is an OOT remake that was no where near as good as OOT.
i would never buy another system again cause nintendo are the gaming gods snes and wii explain it all.. Sony only made one good console imo and it was there first one i actually liked it more then the 64 but ive owned every nintendo system and nothing compares ..Nintendo will never sell themselves to sony i hope to see sony outta the business soon all there systems always break down cause there poison.. Make tvs and cd players sony leave gaming to nintendo geoffmehoff
I'm far from being a Sony fanboy, but I don't see how anyone couldn't give props to the PS2. IMO, it was the best console since the original NES. Decent graphics (if not top of the line), and a diverse and massive game library. Good controller. Crappy online, but still.
If Nintendo hit the skids (which at this point doesn't seem likely) I'd rather see them go the SEGA route and make third-party games for whoever wants to release them. The idea of Zelda and Mario and all the other great licenses on my 360 is a tantalising though... not to mention the increased likelihood of GoldenEye appearing on Xbox Live with online multiplayer support. ::drools:: But yeah, I'd rather not see Nintendo get bought out... if they're out of the console business, that's not the biggest loss on Earth... frankly, Nintendo's strong suit has been it's software for a long time. And anyone who can't get on board with that statement doesn't remember the N64 (specifically that it was cartridge-based) or Virtual Boy very well... or the Power Glove or a number of other ill-advised technological endeavors.
what if the sun imploded and we all died?
what if 9/11 was a conspiracy?
what if 2pac never died?
what if...
i dont care if nintendo gets sold to sony or not, i doubt nintendo will ever be sold to another company, and even if they did, i wouldnt give damn as long as they keep their franchises alive.
