What if..they released SS again,with better graphics,HD,etc?

On the Wii U,with all kinds of extras like all the trailers,artwork,sound gallery,and include two posters,and the golden Wiimote+ and Nunchuck combination?

Plus other extras i haven't thought about.(An even harder mode,maybe?)

Without any actual new in game play content, it wouldn't be worth buying, and releasing a superior version at full price this soon after the original's release would be a slap in the face to anyone who already paid full price.meetroid8

I really enjoyed SS -- even after considering the flaws, like the lack of proper exploration and a decent overworld -- but it was released a year ago. Why would I want Nintendo to spend their developer's times enhancing textures and updating the graphics for a game I've already played? Remakes, more often than not, are just annoying -- specially when you played the game a year ago.

If Nintendo wants to make a game of the year edition.

No, there's no need. Better graphics wouldn't improve the game that much and if you're sure that the game would be that much better that an HD remake is needed, you clearly missed the point of the Wii and Skyward Sword. Skyward Sword is an absolute gem, and easily in the top 5 best games of this generation. The graphics weren't great but it didn't matter because the environments were awesome, the gameplay has shown me what I dreamed the Wii would be able to do and teh game is simply an awesome game in every aspect. Skyward Sword is the game that I had been waiting for to push the Wii's technology to where it always should have been. If anything, Skyward Sword left me wanting more and more, thus I hope that instead of just remaking Skyward Sword, I hope they make a brand new Zelda and I can content myself by replaying Twilight Princess, Skyward Sword and Wind Waker amongst all of the other games I want to buy and play, the ones I own and haven't finished and the ones that I want to replay.

BEST ZELDA CONTROLS EVAH!!!

Hate the linearity, the artistic style (personally loved it) and the lack of a proper overworld (Skyloft was a nice city, but the floating islands were VERY lackluster -- they should've made larger islands with actual dungeons and places like the pumpkin farm and the bamboo swordsman tower), but not on the best control scheme I've ever seen in a Zelda game.

I it had extra dungeos/items/pgrades/quests then I'm all up for it. or if it was cheaper too.

if it came with a trophies/achievement system, a "masterquest" type mode where the dungeons are different and more islands and stuff in the game. I would buy it if there was a challenge mode where they just scattered dungeons over different islands in the sky(not related to the main dungeons) and you have to use all your items in these new dungeons, simliar to that challenge thing in the desert in TP.

I honestly always thought it would be cool to have some sort of online link up with 4 or more players where you can explore with a team or something similar to 4 swords.

it needs to have some kind of added DLC imo....or else...whats the point. except for people that never played it.

The game was just about flawless aside from things like skydiving, minigame segments, swimming, ect., not the graphics or resolution. That said, I probably wouldn't buy it this soon. It hasn't even been out for a year and there won't be enough room for improvement to warrant another buy so soon.
