I want to get the best one, I just don't want to get both. Don't have too much money. What is the difference between those two games?

Ah okay, so its just different colors, but the same game? I wanted to get the Soulsilver version, but now I want to get the heartGold, for some reason I changed my mind. Oh well, when the time comes we will see LOL.
Essentialy, yes. There's exclusives pokemons to both versions.Ah okay, so its just different colors, but the same game? I wanted to get the Soulsilver version, but now I want to get the heartGold, for some reason I changed my mind. Oh well, when the time comes we will see LOL.

There's also only certain pokemon you can get in each game. Not every pokemon is in one game only. Also, depending on your version, one of the legendary bird pokemon will be around level 40 and the other will be 70. For example, if you get SoulSilver, Lugia will be 40 and Ho-oh will be 70 in it and vice versa.
I'm getting SoulSilver just so I can see Aeroblast, because I don't think Lugia learned it in Gold...

It learns. When you get it, at lv 70, it has Ancientpower/Safeguard/Aeroblast/Punishment
Edit: I mean, that in HeartGold
Hm. I do not remember that (but I haven't played that game in six years). I still liked Silver more because I liked the color better back in the day.
If that makes any sense to anyone, I commend you.
