okay i bought the original DS, and then 6 months later they come out with the DS lite. I'm kinda of mad that Nintendo would give out there product, and then come out with a newer and "better" one later. I'm thinking of getting one, and i'll sell my original DS for nearly the price of a DS lite. But i have to ask,..what is the difference between the two??

i got a retractable metal stylus for my ds and personally i think the original is better because its way more durable and the lite is having probels with cracks in the left button.

the lite weighs less,has a brighter screen, and is smaller but thats it. I don't think it's enough difference to buy a new one if u already have the phatty.
my little brother has the original ds and i played that and then played the ds lite. and the lite is a lot better. im not gonna list all the stuff thats better b/c everyone else has for you, but it'd probably be a good idea to get the ds lite if you play alot
