The thought that Gamespot doesn't like Nintendo is ludicrious. By the way, Gamespot wasn't the only game review site that gave Mario Party 8 a bad score.

Low scores are good.  It takes a lot of talent to make a truly lousy game or movie.

So because it didn't get a 9.0 a 8.8 is a bad score?  The difference is 0.2 which is practically NOTHING.  

if gamespot is anti-nintendo, then how come ocarina of time has 10/10 and is the only game on gamespot (i think) that has a perfect score, maybe it is just because ocarina of time is an awsome game, but if they realy dont like nintendo, they wudnt give a perfect score. and i beleive gamespot is rating the wii with the same standards in graphics and such ans 360 and ps3 so, its just gettin bad reviews because its not the worlds best looking gameultima_shine

Maybe- just maybe- the game isn't very good, these people don't really care what system it's on, you're looking too hard for 'teh bias' because you have a vested interest in defending the console, and, uh, the game isn't very good?

AND YEAH, Mario Party 8 SUCKED. They had the chance to change the formula, upgrade graphics, AT LEAST MAKE IT WIDESCREEN. But ffs they actually made the game with bars on a widescreen tv. The graphics are gamecube quality and the Wii is much more capable and the mini games are just recicles. That's really lousy developing and they deserve a 4.

 I'm not saying you are wrong though. You are absolutley right. I was just pointing out that the other consoles are in the same boat. Video games are slowly becoming like hollywood. This days anybody can just throw a game outthere just like a movie. But again, just be patient. No system gets a AA game every 3 months :) Well, the DS does. But it didn't at the begginning! and the Wii is going just the way the DS did. :D So it's a bright future.
