What is with the demos on the nintendo channel?

Has anyone noticed that all the demos for the ds on the nintendo channel are just 3rd party garbage? The only nintendo game there is brain age and all the others are iron man...ect. Whats with these crappy titles and why are almost all of them third party?

Ninja Gaiden

Incredible Hulk

Cake Mania

Cake Mania 2

All of those are good games.

So if yours is only showing what you said I'd totally contact Nintendo and explain what's going on
